Be sure to understand that the 8 people van with 8 pcs of luggage is all the van will hold. If you have less passengers, it is still the one set price per vehicle.

Our driver was professional and friendly. He was easy to find in a mass of other travelers because he placed himself in the right spot holding a sign with my name on it. Five of us were comfortable in a nice vehicle that held us and all our luggage. Great driver and great service!
The driver was on time and waiting for us when we disembarked from the ship. Got us to the airport on time. We will definitely use them again when we are in England.
After initially confirming, and excepting payment, The driver canceled at the last minute, leaving 15 of us stranded at the port. We had a two hour ride scheduled to get to Heathrow airport in order to make a flight back home. It ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to get us all there on time.
