Our driver helped to make a stressful transition after a long flight effortless, comfortable, and efficient. She was very professional and it was a pleasure to ride with her.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear you had a great experience. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again soon!
When I order a meet and greet, I expect the driver to have a sign and be waiting on me not me waiting on the driver. Everything was great, vehicle, luggage space and his driving except the first impression which wasn't the best. Lastly, the driver never said anything the entire way in the car but he did help with the luggage
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the meet-and-greet experience did not fully meet your expectations, as this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Heathrow Airport can be particularly busy during the summer period, and unfortunately, there can occasionally be significant delays when entering the terminal car parks or finding an available parking space. While this can sometimes affect the exact timing of the driver reaching the Arrivals Hall, we understand that a smooth first impression is an important part of a Meet & Greet service. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the vehicle, luggage space, driving, and assistance with your luggage. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
