The tickets and hand off were very easy. I underestimated the heat of the day. We downloaded the app for the audio guide but our phones would not load to listen along. Still great just some small hiccups.

Easy way to do this tour. Burgers was extremely helpful. Audio tour was informative but not overwhelming.

No tickets for few hours. Terrible organization. Waste of money and time. Please avoide this Company. Not recommend!!!!
If you are looking to do this on your own, this is a great option. They give you all the app information prior to the tour. You do need to download it ahead of time because the internet inside the colosseum isn't great.

Ticket pickup was easy. Remember to download the audio in advance as the download speeds are slow. So amazing to see!
Paid 100€ for tour but told on arrival that tours that day were cancelled. They claimed they had tried to warn me but no evidence exists. No refund was offered. Looks like a very suspicious outfit.
What a great experience!! Efficient and friendly check-in with Cosmos at the meeting place. Our tour guide, Julia was the very best!! She was super informative and fun! She infused the history of the Roman Empire with creative flair. She led with a calm, confident manner. Even though we were on a schedule, you never felt rushed. I feel like I was living in Roman times for a few hours and would recommend this tour to everyone!!
