Marisa Was Truly Exceptional! Our Isola Bella and Taormina experience was one of the highlights of our trip, and Marisa made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we met her, she was warm, charismatic, incredibly knowledgeable about Sicily, and genuinely invested in making our day special. What impressed us most was Marisa's ability to connect with every generation of our family. We had adults, four teenagers, and our 20-month-old baby niece—and everyone absolutely loved her. Even the teenagers were laughing, engaged, and having a wonderful time! Our little niece was completely fascinated with Marisa and absolutely adored her. Watching that connection was priceless. Throughout the day, Marisa shared her knowledge of Sicily in such a natural and engaging way. It never felt like we were simply listening to a tour guide. It felt like we were experiencing Sicily with someone who truly loves her home and wanted us to fall in love with it too. She also went above and beyond by taking photos of our entire family throughout the experience and then sharing all of them with us. Because of her, we have beautiful photographs of all of us together—not just pictures with someone always missing because they were behind the camera. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. And then came the perfect ending. On our way back to the port, we were all singing together in the car! By that point, it didn't feel like we were returning from a tour with our guide—it felt like we were ending an incredible day with a friend. There was laughter, music, singing, and such wonderful energy. It was one of those spontaneous moments you simply cannot plan, and it perfectly captured what made our day with Marisa so special. Marisa didn't just show us Isola Bella, Taormina, and the beauty of Sicily. She created an experience filled with warmth, laughter, connection, and memories that our family will talk about for years. There are good tour guides, there are excellent tour guides, and then there are those rare people who elevate an entire destination through their personality and passion. Marisa is one of those people. If you have the opportunity to experience Sicily with Marisa, book her. She exceeded every expectation and gave our family far more than a tour—she gave us an unforgettable Sicilian memory. Grazie mille, Marisa! What a fantastic day with Alessandro! I was on a Mediterranean cruise with friends and we booked this tour while in port, Alessandro met us exactly as noted and made for the perfect day. All of us had a great time, which is hard to please a group of 8! Start to finish he was fantastic and made sure we had a blast. 10/10 Would recommend and if I ever return this will be my first call!

Awesome time in Taormina and boat tour with Marissa and Alberto with Booking Sicily Tours! Marissa took the 4 of us around Taormina and showed us the sites, places to shop and had lunch w us so we got the local experience!! The boat excursion was amazing and a highlight of our 2 week trip! Thanks for a memorable experience in Sicily!!

This was hands down one of my favorite days of our entire trip! Three months later and I am STILL talking about our most perfect day in Sicily, thanks to Alessandro and Marisa! We normally don’t book excursions outside of the cruise line, but we took a chance, and we are so glad we did. Alessandro texted us prior to our tour so we could discuss what we wanted out of our day, and he delivered! From our private boat tour (complete with snacks and prosecco!), to swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, lunch overlooking Isola Bella, shopping in Taormina, and even karaoke on the drive back to port, this was hands down one of the best days! I can’t wait to go back to Sicily and book with them again!

This was a wonderful day spent with family. Alessandro and Marisa were wonderful guides and Marisa’s English was great and easy for all to understand. We had 3 kids ages 16,8,9 and they were wonderful and patient with them. It was easy to find them in the port of Catania after existing our cruise ship. A comfy, air conditioned van ride with information to Taormina, then Marisa walked the city with us, told us about the shops and local customs, took pictures and gave us history about the city and garden she took us to visit. We had a nice lunch and then went to the boat tour where they even let my boys drive the boat. We were then able to swim in the clear blue water have snacks and Prosecco. They had us back to the ship on time and I highly recommend this private tour, especially for families. TYSM!!

Our family of 5 spent the day with Alessandro and Hana and they were amazing!!! Great communication to get to the pick up point and right on time!! Very organized tour of Taormina and the restaurant recommendation was amazing (and Hana was able to get the restaurant to open early just for us!!!) Then the boat was super fun with a lot of amazing history and great sights to see, with a wonderful family swim. Highly recommend Alessandro and Hana for your excursion!!!

Marissa and Alessandro were incredible! They treated us like family and took such care with every detail of our time together. Their special touches were thoughtful and above our expectations. I cannot give them high enough ratings!!!

The tour was a perfect blend of land and sea. Skillful driver, clean van. During our time on the boat we enjoyed breathtaking sights, time to swim and snorkel, and Prosecco with fruit platter. Our tour guide spoke excellent English and was both knowledgeable and helpful. She recommended a fantastic local restaurant.
