False/misleading communication. Don’t pay for this.
There was misleading communication throughout this experience. First, I was contacted and asked if I could change my tour date, and when I said no I was notified the tour would continue as scheduled. I arrived at the meeting point 5 minutes ahead of time and when I didn’t see a group or guide I messaged to ask where they would be and was told to wait 15 minutes because the guide was running late. At 11:15, I messaged again to say I still hadn’t seen anyone and asked whether I was in the right place, and was told to wait a bit longer. Only for them to message me again 10 minutes later to say the tour had started without me because I was “late”. They offered a refund which I accepted but still have not received. Do not use this group for your tour- use literally any other group. Especially if your time in Porto is limited.

Great guide.
Great guide with solid knowledge of the stock exchange and the church. We did need to wait 10 minutes to start because two other people never showed up.

Visit palace
The price was for the palace AND the church! It has completely gone wrong and double payment was made to the church. THIS IS NOT CORRECTLY PROCESSED, TOO MUCH PAID!!!

Porto Stock Exchange & Sao Francisco, 2 essential sights, great information, quick entry
Both the Stock Exchange and Sao Francisco Church have extraordinary interiors and should not be missed. Our guide explained a lot of Portuguese history as well as explaining the relevance of each site. Also, this tour gave us entry without lines into each location.

Didn’t get what we paid for
Purchased tickets and got a voucher for them when i tried to redeem the voucher for tickets i was told id been scammed and the voucher was worthless. We ended up paying for a second set of tickets

The tour was initially altered 1 day and then later canceled by the guide. We had to follow up and get info.
Cancelled by the guide service. We had been flexible to their first change by 1 day.
Poor communication on the second day.

Good but not great
Luiz gave us what turned out to be a private tour of the Stock Exchange Palace and Sao Francisco Church. He gave us a lot of information and answered our many questions. 4 stars rather than 5– he started our tour by telling us that he would we would spend 40 to 50 minutes at the Stock Exchange and then a quick look at the church that would only take 10 minutes and we would be “out of there in an hour.” We felt like that would be shortchanging us, and let him know that was not our expectation. Towards the end of our tour, he was repeatedly checking his phone and eventually said he had to go to give another tour. We felt like we didn’t have his full attention or enthusiasm. His tour was just not at the 5 star level that we have come to expect from the many Viator tours we have taken.
