We were a group of 5. Showed up 15 minutes before our start time as instructed. No one from the tour company showed up. I started sending messages 5 minutes after the official start time. Received a response 10 minutes later with a refund. Tour was cancelled. Little good the refund does since we could not get any other tours into Uffizi. We booked this tour more than a month ago. Not very professional, they should have offered us a tour for later in the day.

Our guide was wonderful and shared wonderful tidbits about the works of art. She was very knowledgeable and we were able to get lots out of the Uffizzi in spite of the crowds.

We booked the visit a few hours before the time we wanted to go. We easily found the organizers very kind to welcome you with bottles of water. Our guide, Mrs. James. Cosetta Boni, was enchanting in telling us not only the artistic details of the paintings we saw, but also anecdotes and curiosities about the life of the artists and also about the Uffizi Palace itself. Very good and professional, we recommend it to those who want to spend two hours immersed in the wonderful artistic atmosphere of the museum.
Our Uffizi Gallery tour with the guide Viktoria was very informative and interesting. The 100 minutes flew by. Highly recommended
WOW! There is so much to see that it's overwhelming. Can't imagine doing this without a guide. We started early and was able to see the highlights of the gallery together with our guide's personal insight. The small group together with audio headsets worked out really well.
Would never use this company again. No one showed up! Luckily we checked and got in for free, it was the first Monday of the month. Thanks for the full refund Tripadvisor!
Dear Bev H, Thank you for your comment, unfortunately we tried to contact you multiple times before the tour and also on the day of the activity but you never picked up your phone. We also sent a message through Tripadvisor, please check your email to find it. We were willing to explain that the venue was open for free in the day of your booking so unfortunately no tour was able to take place, and we were processing a full refund for it. <p>Uffizi is amazing, a must do experience! It was the most interesting tour we had during our trip. Our guide was very well knowledgeable and gave us some very interesting details. And she also gave us some very good tips for dinner!<br/> Absolutely recommended</p>
