We were expertly guided through the Uffizzi gallery by our guide William, who was great. He was so informative about the paintings he showed us, without it being overwhelming, helping us to negotiate the crowds. An hour and a half well spent in a beautiful place.
It was amazing. Annette was an excellent guide. She explained everything so all could understand. About what we were seeing
The tour was amazing and Sara did a great job. She was very knowledgeable about the artwork and shared a lot of specific, fascinating details about the artists and their methods. I highly recommend this tour - and suggest that you definitely plan to stay after the tour ends to experience more of these beautiful works.
Great tour providing historical information about major pieces in the Uffizi. Our guide was able to manage the crowds and still share knowledge about key pieces we visited.
Anto was excellent on this tour, gave a great history lesson and pointed out all the most important works at the Uffizi!
The Uffizi is a wonderful experience. The paintings and sculptures are amazing to see. Our tour guide Paulina was great. She took us through the evolution of the artistic presentation of various events in the Christian belief. Looking at the artistic changes from the flat art look of the 1300”s to the more real looking depictions of the late 15th century. Drawback is the crowds and tight spaces in some rooms. Well worth going.
Our guide, Angela, was excellent. Everything she showed is was superb. The information she presented and the works she showed us maximized my understanding of and appreciation for the beauty and significance of the museum’s unparalleled collection of Renaissance art.
This was a masterclass in art appreciation from our guide, the amazing Paulina! Our guide was so knowledgeable, not just in terms of the history of the pieces, but how to appreciate the works we admired
This was a masterclass in art appreciation from our guide, the amazing Paulina!
It was “rebooked” to a different date and time at last minute. The tour operator gave me one time and Viator tickets said another time. Confusing and messed up our schedule as we had to arrive at both times. We wanted the earliest time to avoid the crowds, unfortunately we ended up with an afternoon tour. VERY crowded… On a brighter note our guide was great.
