We bought tickets in the morning from Levanto to Riomaggiore and we thought we had bought round-trip tickets.
No one was there to give us information.
There are only kiosks.
On the way back, we got checked. We had taken the train in Manarola and were supposed to get off in Vernazza (2 stops).
Zero tolerance. There are 3 of us. They quoted us 170 euros!
I showed my tickets from the morning and told him that we hadn't understood correctly.
The conductor lowered the fine to 116 euros and started to get unpleasant; he threatened to call the police if we didn't pay right away.
Very disappointing experience.
We will not return to the Cinque Terre, where tourists are treated like cash cows.

Fantastic experience!
The boat was clean, Alfredo was kind and shared his knowledge of the region with us. The food served was excellent and enough for a light lunch. He tailored the trip to what we wanted to see. Communication was great!

Unforgettable boat trip!
Fantastic experience! The boat was top and the skipper made everything special with his sympathy and attention. The Cinque Terre views from the sea are magical!

Best boat tour!
Outstanding afternoon on the water. Our guide, Andreas, was wonderful. He was a knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly host on this tour. My entire family (especially my teens) LOVED this tour. We saw all 5 towns of Cinque Terre and stopped to swim in beautiful coves with clear blue water. (Saw some pretty fish) plenty of cold drinks, fruits as a snack and music. Best afternoon! Highly recommend!
We were staying in Porto Venere, they picked us up at the marina. Very convenient and saved us trip to La Spezia.

Great boat ride!
We had a wonderful boat ride along the cinque terra coast. Our captain, Alfredo, was awesome. He played informational narratives about each town. He took us to a great place to swim. He also provided really delicious snacks. Highly recommend this tour!

BEST experience
If I could give this more stars, I would! My boyfriend and I had the absolute best time. The boat seemed pretty new and was in great condition. Super clean. Alfredo is so sweet and has the coolest vibe. He also spoke english very well! He took us to the BEST spots that were breathtaking and not crowded which we appreciated. He had a delicious spread waiting for us to eat when we got out of the water. Totally recommend stopping and walking through Porto Venere, it was amazing! And he made sure we were back to our cruise ship on time. Overall, a better experience than we expected and we hope to come back and do it again someday!

Wonderful Experience
Alfredo was our captain and we had a terrific time. He took us to all the great coves to swim in. Scenery beautiful and boat comfortable for 8 people.
