Splendid little village, beautiful sea. The trails are an absolute must-do.

We booked this boat tour for six adults as part of our moms 50th bday. It was meant to be a special family experience. Unfortunately, our 1.5-year-old daughter was accidentally left out of the booking. When we arrived and ANDREA noticed we had a child with us, he immediately reacted in an aggressive and unfriendly way, telling us she was not allowed on the boat. We understood the safety rules and just asked if there was any possible solution, as we really wanted to do this boat tour as a family. We we’re even willing to pay extra, but there was no way he was willing to help us. We completely understood and respected the safety rules. Our complaint is not about the passenger limit, but about the captain’s behaviors. We then asked for a few moments as a family to decide who would stay behind with our daughter. Once we had made our decision, we placed our shoes in the basket and were about to board. As i (6 months pregnant), was about to step onto the boat, Andrea suddenly threw my shoes back at me, untied the boat, and drove away - while the rest of our shoes were still on board. We were completely shocked that he simply, aggressively left with our belongings. We have never seen a behavior like this. We had paid for 6 passengers. 5 Passengers we’re ready to board. When we yelled after him, he told us, to go away, he doesn’t want us on the boat. He left with our belongings still on the boat. We all began to call after him, I started crying as I couldn’t believe this was happening. The situation escalated, and the local authorities had to intervene. Thanks to them, they made HIM return to give us our shoes back!! He made our Trip to Monterosso turn into to a nightmare. After everything happened, we no longer felt safe boarding the boat, so we had to cancel this trip. Thanks to the local police who were there, they made him give us our money back. We are so thankful for them. But we would NEVER recommend this person/this Boat tour. We have videos und fotos of all this nightmare! We cannot recommend this experience.

The trip was perfect. Andrea who owns the business and captained the boat was friendly, full of knowledge, attentive and provided drinks and snacks as needed along with3 swimming stop since it was a hot day.

Wonderful way to see the beautiful coast of Cinque Terre, swim in the sea and enjoy a hot June day on boat. Andrea was a great horde. Well worth the $!

The experience was according the reviews. Captain Andrea was a perfect guide and gave us a superb view of cinque terre. Beautiful snorkling places with plenty fishes. We had to return earlier due to a bad weather forecast, again Andrea showed to be concerned about the wellbeing of his guests. Also a nice encounter on board, with a family from Colorado.

Excellent boat trip! The water was amazing and the boat relaxing. I wish we had spent the entire day on the water. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable too!

What a great day on the water!! Andrea was so kind and accommodating, the boat was lovely and the swim spots were perfect for the heat wave!

AMAZING experience. Our original excursion was unexpectedly going to fall on a rainy day but the organizers were proactive and fit us in the previous day for a sunset cruise. The drinks and snacks were above and beyond or expectations. We got a detailed tour of the 5 cities right along the shoreline, got snorkeling time, were able to consistently swim with a school of fish, and got to finish the tour with a perfect sunset. HIGHLY recommend

Fabulous and fun boat tour!! The beginning was a little shaky as it's not clear exactly where or who you are supposed to meet... but once we were on board, it was informative, fun and lots of aperol spritz!
