The trip included everything we could imagine, it was so toughtfully organised! From beginning to end you didn't have to think about anything and still had everything! The tourguide Henry was super nice, funny and educated! 10/10 would recommend him and the tour ! <3
Nice day but difficult communication left us not knowing how we were getting picked up early in the morning until we got up at 5:30 am to check messaging. The night before 2 different guides texted us with conflicting times and instructions. I tried contacting them for clarification but got no reply until 6 am meaning we had to get up at 5:30 am not knowing yet when we had to be ready. Our guide was very friendly and with a good sense of humor but maybe needs to slow down a little when speaking. But she was very nice!
We did the Ninh Binh day tour from Hanoi. Easy to organise through Lucy. Viet was a great tour guide and the bus was comfortable. We are a family of 5 from Australia. The kids (8, 11, 13) enjoyed all the activities on the itinerary. Amazing scenery.
A wonderful trip from Hanoi, Ha Long to Ninh Binh, we had a very relaxing holiday with Vietnam Vacations Travel accompanying us on this trip. The food journey was great and the pick up in Hanoi was very comfortable, the tour was well organized and really helpful. The scenery was beautiful and really impressive. We had a really good time.
I can't describe how amazing this agency is! I got this recommendation from a friend and it was really the best. Easy 1 day driving service around Ninh Binh, my girlfriend and I felt very safe and had a great time in Ninh Binh thanks to them. The service was also affordable. Thanks a lot for letting us have a great experience in Ninh Binh! Highly recommended
A reputable and best travel agency in Vietnam. We booked a tour to visit Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh last week after reading reviews on trip. The tour guide for our group was very knowledgeable about the attractions and took care of us. The accommodation was very good, the people were always friendly, making our trip truly unforgettable.
A very well organized tour, with a young guide who revealed many curiosities about Vietnamese life. I was very happy with Luzy from the agency, who gave a great hand to organize other tours for us, lying buses and other transfers. Always available in case of problems or questions we could consult her and within minutes she sent us the answer. An availability out of the ordinary. Luzy you're the best
We booked this tour through Hein Lucy. She helped us in all ways to book Ninh bing day tour, halong Bay day tour and sapa 2D1N tour and also airport drop. Thank you so much Lucy.
Exceptional service, great staff, customer service and extremely attentive advice. Very good.

Had a great experience booking with Vietnam Vacations Travel. The sales staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to know when we picked up the tour. Everything went smoothly and was taken care of exactly as I expected. The tour guide, in particular, explained the entire itinerary and the suggested trips fit perfectly into my schedule. The trip around Ninh Binh was the highlight of my Vietnam vacation.
