Kadek was an incredible tour guide! The mountain trek was much more difficult than I expected, and I wasn’t able to complete it on foot. Kadek was extremely patient and helped arrange motorcycle taxis to safely take me up and down the mountain. He went above and beyond to make sure I could still enjoy the experience. He also prepared breakfast for us, shared interesting history, and took so many wonderful pictures throughout the tour. I highly recommend asking for Kadek as your guide! Our driver, Pret, was wonderful as well. He was friendly, arrived on time, drove safely, and made sure we got back comfortably. He even offered to return some items the next day that I had forgotten to give back to our tour guide. Thank you, Kadek and Pret, for making our experience so memorable

We had a fantastic experience ! Everything was well organised. The Hotsprings definitely added value to the trip. The driver came to pick us up in Ubud and dropped us off himself at our next destination in Sidemen. In between, we also stopped at a coffee plantation and a restaurant with good food and great views. Super!

Iki and Kadek did this trip for us! Iki was our guide on this tour, she gave us headlights, water and brought breakfast at the peak. And also supported us during the whole trip. Kadek was our driver: he picked up us at the apartment, took to the mountain, coffee plantation and back home! It was safe and comfortable. Thankful for that experience!

Arman picked us up at 2:30am from our hotel, it was very easy! He is very friendly and a great driver, speaks very good English too. We had a very fun car ride with him! Our mountain guide kadek was very knowledgeable and took us up mt batur with no problems and made sure we were safe. I recommend this tour to everyone visiting close by! Thank you very much <3

Our driver Arman arrived right on time and gave us a smooth ride to the mountain with great conversation, very kind and friendly. We arrived at the base of the mountain and our guide Kadek provided us with torches and we set off for the trek. Kadek made sure we were comfortable and safe and we had a great time on the mountain. Incredibly well thought out end to end process whereby customer satisfaction was at the heart of the entire experience. In particular, our tour guides fitness levels were not dissimilar from that of a mountain goat and his ability to seamlessly scale the mountain without breaking sweat was truly impressive. This is something us western folk can only aspire to become. Made was a truly joy to have guide up this treacherous mountain. Mr Guy & Mr Tabby.

A very good hike. Highly recommended. A breathtaking sight and scenery for anyone who’s quite adventurous. It’s the best view that you can capture for your Instagram. Staff are also very attentive and helpful. They have great attitudes and willing to help.

The views were incredible!! The entire trip was very well organized. Thank you so much to the team (Kintamari, Jero and the wonderful tour guide Wira!!) This is a difficult hike but definitely worth it and it helps tremendously getting guided every step of the way. The ATV ride was soooo fun! The entire trip was wonderful from start to finish!!

Extremely well organized and accommodating for a custom itinerary. We travelled with a 7yr old and the everybody from the cab driver, 4x4 jeep driver and the trek guide very super friendly with him. Cab arrived at the hotel a night before and waited overnight to ensure we are not delayed. The jeep ride was fun (we did not plan our attire well and had to rent a blanket and overcoat that the staff helped with). The trek guide was holding our son’s hand throughout the uphill climb and engaged him in conversations. Very accommodating to multiple breaks and motivating us to reach the top of the mountain. Views on top are breathtaking, but cloudy weather played a bit of a spoil sport. Breakfast was clean and hygienic. On the way down, again the guide ensured the safety of our 7yr old. Post the trek we went for hot spring where the arrangements were made by the driver (Adrian) and we were not rushed thru anything through the whole experience. Overall, I was skeptical initially, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5/5 experience.

I just tried trekking at Mount Batur, and it was amazing. Seeing the mountain scenery from the top, trekking around the black lava, and then reaching the Hot Spring, it was an experience that brought both energy and inner peace."
