私たちの素晴らしい冒険を始めるために、ガイドがサンファン、イスラ ベルデ、コンダドのご希望のホテル、リゾート、レジデンス、またはエアビーアンドビーにお迎えに上がります (リオ グランデやファハルドのホテルは対象外ですが、お客様のご宿泊先の近くに便利な集合場所を手配できます)。スケジュールは午前 7 時から午後 12 時または午後 12 時から午後 5 時です。どちらのスケジュールも、他の会社の大勢のグループによって混雑するのを避け、より快適で安全な体験となるよう戦略的に選ばれています。
到着後、認定ガイドがエル・ユンケ国有林近くの最も美しい隠れたエリアへご案内します。 まずは、緑豊かな熱帯雨林のトレイルを散策し、鮮やかな緑とトロピカルサウンドに包まれながら、景色の良いハイキングをお楽しみください。 ハイキングは合計約1.5マイルで、最初の天然プールまで約20分かかります。 そこからさらに15分ほど岩に沿って慎重にナビゲートしながら冒険は続き、メインのハイライトであるジャングルの奥深くにひっそりと佇む天然のウォータースライダーへとたどり着きます。 中に入ると、2時間ほど体験に没頭します。 -爽やかな天然プールで泳ぐ ・ターザンのようなロープからのスイング -天然岩のウォータースライドを滑り降りる ・小さな滝の下で涼む -オプションで異なる高さのクリフジャンプが可能 すべてのアクティビティはオプションです。自分のペースで快適に移動できます。
体験が終了すると、グループの各メンバーは宿泊施設または集合場所に戻ります。

宿泊先のホテルが表示されない? ドロップダウンの検索バーに名前を入力して表示されるか確認してみてください。 (10～60歳) 【ステップ1】 午前7時～12時、または午後12時～午後5時のうち、どちらかご都合の良い方をお選びいただけます。 エル・ユンケ（Luquillo、Fajardo、Río Grande）に近い場所にご宿泊のお客様は、ピックアップ時間が遅くなります（12時30分頃）。正確なピックアップ時間は前日に確認させていただきます。 どんな質問でもお気軽にお問い合わせください！ [ステップ2]：ご希望のホテル、リゾート、レジデンス、サンフアン、イスラベルデ、コンダードのAirbnbまたはクルーズポートでお迎えいたします（リオグランデやファハルドのホテルは対象外の場合もありますが、お客様のご滞在先に近い便利な集合場所をご用意いたしますので、ご安心下さい）。 [ステップ3]：夕方7時30分頃、アクティビティ前日にガイドからテキストメッセージでご連絡し、お迎え時間をお伝えします。ツアー開始前にデジタル免責同意書に署名していただく必要があります。 【STEP4】 送迎前に必ず水着、グリップの良いスニーカーを着用し、タオルと着替え用の予備セットを持参してください。 注：Yeezysの滑り台、クロッチ、サンダル、ウォーターシューズは禁止されています（このハイキングでは滑りすぎます）。 [ステップ5]：ガイドが設定したピックアップ時間に乗車できる状態になっていることを確認してください。 ドライバーは、ピックアップ予定時刻から10分以内に待機します。 ツアーガイドは、合意した場所に到着したら、テキストメッセージまたはお電話でお知らせします。 重要：アクティビティは10歳から60歳までの、体調の優れた方を対象としています。 凹凸のある路面を自分で歩けるようにしなければなりません。 安全上の理由から、肥満の方、怪我の既往のある方、妊娠中の方、健康上の問題のある方は参加できません。 これらの要件を遵守するために、免許証または出生証明書による年齢の証明が必要になります。 また、これらの条件に従わない方への例外や返金は一切いたしません。 (クルーズ船のピックアップ) •このツアーでは、ツアーを欠席しないように、午前7時または午後12時前にクルーズ船の外へ出て、車両に乗り込む準備をしてください。 （下船には30分から1時間程度かかる場合があることを覚えておいてください） •クルーズ船を降りた後、お約束の時間に「I LOVE PUERTO RICO」の看板の前でお待ちしております。 皆さんのレインフォレスト体験を思い出深いものにすることを楽しみにしています ！ 」 •午前のツアーを選択した場合は、タイムリーな到着を保証するために、クルーズが午後1時30分以降にプエルトリコから出発することを確認してください。 12:00 pmのツアーでは、スムーズに到着できるように、クルーズが6:30 pm以降に出発することを親切に確認してください。

- ライフジャケットとヘルメットの着用は必須です。
- 参加者は、急勾配、岩だらけ、泥だらけ、不均一な路面を補助なしで歩行できる身体的能力が必要です。
- このツアーは天候と川の状況に基づいて催行されます。悪天候の場合は、日程変更または払い戻しのオプションが提供されます。
- 1回のご予約につき最低4名様から
- 土曜日は違う地点から出発するため、ハイキングは15分ほど長くなります。
- 前述の健康上の制限がある方はツアーに参加できません。ツアー当日に説明を完全に読まず、安全要件と制限を満たさなかった場合、払い戻しは認められません。

Our guide Alex did an amazing job! He was prompt and maintained great communication before picking us up. During our adventure he maintained a pace that was excellent for everyone in our group, with varying levels of comfort. He kept us safe, providing step by step guidance. This experience was absolutely amazing! From the tour route to the guide and the overall experience, everything exceeded my expectations. We had an amazing experience on the El Yunque Rainforest Tour with waterslides, cliff jumping, and the rope swing! Amel was an excellent guide. He very knowledgeable, informative, and safety-conscious throughout the entire trip. He took the time to explain the history and ecology of the rainforest while making sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared for each activity. The natural waterslide, cliff jump, and rope swing were all incredible experiences. I’ll never forget the rush of sliding down the smooth rock into the cool, clear pool below. Standing at the edge of the cliff jump, heart pounding, and then taking the leap into the refreshing water was unforgettable. Amel’s careful guidance helped make the adventure both fun and safe. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone in the group had a great time. I highly recommend this tour and especially Amel as a guide.
