私たちの素晴らしい冒険を始めるために、ガイドがサンファン、イスラ ベルデ、コンダドのご希望のホテル、リゾート、レジデンス、またはエアビーアンドビーにお迎えに上がります (リオ グランデやファハルドのホテルは対象外ですが、お客様のご宿泊先の近くに便利な集合場所を手配できます)。スケジュールは午前 7 時から午後 12 時または午後 12 時から午後 5 時です。どちらのスケジュールも、他の会社の大勢のグループによって混雑するのを避け、より快適で安全な体験となるよう戦略的に選ばれています。
到着後、認定ガイドがエル・ユンケ国有林近くの最も美しい隠れたエリアへご案内します。 まずは、緑豊かな熱帯雨林のトレイルを散策し、鮮やかな緑とトロピカルサウンドに包まれながら、景色の良いハイキングをお楽しみください。 ハイキングは合計約1.5マイルで、最初の天然プールまで約20分かかります。 そこからさらに15分ほど岩に沿って慎重にナビゲートしながら冒険は続き、メインのハイライトであるジャングルの奥深くにひっそりと佇む天然のウォータースライダーへとたどり着きます。 中に入ると、2時間ほど体験に没頭します。 -爽やかな天然プールで泳ぐ ・ターザンのようなロープからのスイング -天然岩のウォータースライドを滑り降りる ・小さな滝の下で涼む -オプションで異なる高さのクリフジャンプが可能 すべてのアクティビティはオプションです。自分のペースで快適に移動できます。
体験が終了すると、グループの各メンバーは宿泊施設または集合場所に戻ります。

宿泊先のホテルが表示されない? ドロップダウンの検索バーに名前を入力して表示されるか確認してみてください。 (10～60歳) 【ステップ1】 午前7時～12時、または午後12時～午後5時のうち、どちらかご都合の良い方をお選びいただけます。 エル・ユンケ（Luquillo、Fajardo、Río Grande）に近い場所にご宿泊のお客様は、ピックアップ時間が遅くなります（12時30分頃）。正確なピックアップ時間は前日に確認させていただきます。 どんな質問でもお気軽にお問い合わせください！ [ステップ2]：ご希望のホテル、リゾート、レジデンス、サンフアン、イスラベルデ、コンダードのAirbnbまたはクルーズポートでお迎えいたします（リオグランデやファハルドのホテルは対象外の場合もありますが、お客様のご滞在先に近い便利な集合場所をご用意いたしますので、ご安心下さい）。 [ステップ3]：夕方7時30分頃、アクティビティ前日にガイドからテキストメッセージでご連絡し、お迎え時間をお伝えします。ツアー開始前にデジタル免責同意書に署名していただく必要があります。 【STEP4】 送迎前に必ず水着、グリップの良いスニーカーを着用し、タオルと着替え用の予備セットを持参してください。 注：Yeezysの滑り台、クロッチ、サンダル、ウォーターシューズは禁止されています（このハイキングでは滑りすぎます）。 [ステップ5]：ガイドが設定したピックアップ時間に乗車できる状態になっていることを確認してください。 ドライバーは、ピックアップ予定時刻から10分以内に待機します。 ツアーガイドは、合意した場所に到着したら、テキストメッセージまたはお電話でお知らせします。 重要：アクティビティは10歳から60歳までの、体調の優れた方を対象としています。 凹凸のある路面を自分で歩けるようにしなければなりません。 安全上の理由から、肥満の方、怪我の既往のある方、妊娠中の方、健康上の問題のある方は参加できません。 これらの要件を遵守するために、免許証または出生証明書による年齢の証明が必要になります。 また、これらの条件に従わない方への例外や返金は一切いたしません。 (クルーズ船のピックアップ) •このツアーでは、ツアーを欠席しないように、午前7時または午後12時前にクルーズ船の外へ出て、車両に乗り込む準備をしてください。 （下船には30分から1時間程度かかる場合があることを覚えておいてください） •クルーズ船を降りた後、お約束の時間に「I LOVE PUERTO RICO」の看板の前でお待ちしております。 皆さんのレインフォレスト体験を思い出深いものにすることを楽しみにしています ！ 」 •午前のツアーを選択した場合は、タイムリーな到着を保証するために、クルーズが午後1時30分以降にプエルトリコから出発することを確認してください。 12:00 pmのツアーでは、スムーズに到着できるように、クルーズが6:30 pm以降に出発することを親切に確認してください。

- ライフジャケットとヘルメットの着用は必須です。
- 参加者は、急勾配、岩だらけ、泥だらけ、不均一な路面を補助なしで歩行できる身体的能力が必要です。
- このツアーは天候と川の状況に基づいて催行されます。悪天候の場合は、日程変更または払い戻しのオプションが提供されます。
- 1回のご予約につき最低4名様から
- 土曜日は違う地点から出発するため、ハイキングは15分ほど長くなります。
- 前述の健康上の制限がある方はツアーに参加できません。ツアー当日に説明を完全に読まず、安全要件と制限を満たさなかった場合、払い戻しは認められません。

Absolutely — here’s a warm review that captures how special they made the experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second time ending up with Nini and Eli for the half-day El Yunque tour, and we truly could not have been in better hands! From beginning to end, their energy was absolutely contagious. They are incredibly knowledgeable, positive, friendly, caring, and SO much fun to be around. You can tell that they genuinely love what they do and care about making sure everyone has an amazing experience. They made us feel comfortable, kept us laughing, taught us so much along the way, and made the entire adventure feel like we were exploring El Yunque with friends rather than just taking a tour. Some experiences are memorable because of where you go, but others are memorable because of the people you experience them with — Nini and Eli made this one both. ❤️🌿🇵🇷 We left with great pictures, lots of laughs, and memories we’ll be talking about for years. Our experience was phenomenal. Transportation was easy and convenient. Our guide Myrllam was great. She was fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us be present and enjoy the beautiful nature around us as well. You will be completely wet so wear shoes, a shirt, and shorts that you don’t mind getting wet. There are many points where you will be climbing rocks, but overall it is not very difficult. Would definitely recommend this experience.

I was so nervous to do my an excursion without my friend group but from the very beginning Myrllam brought energy to this experience that allowed me to fill the perfect mix of excited, calm, and safe. Our experience was amazing, our guide Arnel made sure we were able to do it all and give us a lot of reassurance and help when needed. He made our trip very fun and safe and gave us the opportunity to do everything with confidence. We had an amazing time going down the slide, cliff jumping and swinging as well, we were a group of 6 and had a blast. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s interested and make sure to ask for Arnel as your guide for the besttt experience!!
