Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The scenery was beautiful. Cam was a great guide and was especially good with our youngsters.

Loved this experience. Guides Cam and Lenny really knew what they were doing and kept us safe but also made it fun. Everything you need is supplied.

Our family friendly rafting trip was a blast today! Can't recommend this experience highly enough. Take your kids and expect to all have a brilliantly fun day! Our kids are 8, 10, 12 and 15 and they all loved it. The adults also had a whale of a time!

Excellent day out with River Rats and my 8 year old son. I grew up locally seeing the River Rats rafts on local rivers and always wanted to go on a trip. I've not done most of them but this one was extra special as I was able to do it with my mini me.

Firstly thank you again to Justin and the crew for the day on the water it's one we won't forget soon. The day started at Murupara where we got detailed briefs on the days activities and also the safety on the river. We had multiple anxious people on this trip that were afraid of the water or could not swim but the guides were able to keep them calm and reassure them they will be the first ones to be rescued if the worst happened. A quick van ride to the start of the river and we were into it. The river itself was humming, with great water flow this made for a exhilarating trip. It had a good mix of big drops and more technical rapids so that was awesome and kept everyone engaged throughout. The guides were professional and entertaining which made for a safe and enjoyable day for all involved. I had a blast as did everyone on our trip and we will definitely be back. Cheers guys.

Great family fun rapids. Really well organised. Super fun to jump out and float down the river, and some gorgeous waterfalls. Delicious lunch and great side trip to some Māori carvings 😄

Amazing experience, we wanted to do grade 5 but since kids are young we did grade 2 Rangitaiki rafting..we were not disappointed at all..great experience a must do..thanks Justin for a amazing experience
