On a business trip for a few days, I was recommended Expédition Maya to make the most of my stay in El Salvador. I absolutely do not regret it! In three days, I discovered incredible places, exceptional archaeological sites, and breathtaking landscapes. But what I appreciated even more was the authenticity of the visits, the encounters with the locals, and the meals in typical establishments, far from the low-end restaurants intended for tourists. From our first exchanges, Elisa prepared a program adapted to my needs and the time I had available. She always responded to my requests, and her advice regarding the choice of activities proved to be more than relevant. I personally chose to do the excursions in Spanish. My guide, Samuel, was exceptional and showed great professionalism. He answered each of my questions, helped me discover typical places in the city center, and was present and available at every moment, throughout the duration of the excursions. I am lucky to be able to travel regularly and to use local agencies. In all honesty, I have rarely encountered such a level of professionalism and such quality in the organization of excursions. Without a doubt, if I have the chance to return to El Salvador, I will use Expédition Maya again to organize my trip.

Sammy was a great host and very knowledgeable. We had a great time walking through the various parts of the city.

Our guide, Samuel (Sammy) was very good. He shared his knowledge of culture and food and his experiences with us. He was punctual and and was always concerned with our comfort and well being. It was a good experience.

We had Sammie as our guide—a super nice guy who shared a lot of information about El Centro and El Salvador in general. We really enjoyed the library, although we just missed seeing all the Christmas decorations.

Highly recommend. Maybe the night looks better, but the day experience is great too. We walked all the places I wanted to see.
