I had a fantastic time on this tour! Rafa was an outstanding guide—super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the sites and local history. He made the whole experience enjoyable and informative from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting San Salvador!

The value depends on the day of the week and how much the tickets are. This booking isn't worth more than $80. I paid almost $200, which I wouldn't do again. The stop in the historic center is just walking around. I went two days earlier and actually went inside the Palace and library... If at least one was included as part of the tour or if we were given time to solo explore, that would have been worth it. But just to go to the church and then to Starbucks was not... I think this package should be revisited so that the value reflects the experience. Luckily for me, I was with a great group of people. If I wasn't, I would have been really disappointed.
We had a wonderful time. Our tour guy was very knowledge. He provided excellent customer service and was very kind. He was very professional and easy going. We learned so much on the tour about the country and stop to see some amazing beautiful places.

My tour guide was Osmaro, he was very knowledgeable on this history of El Salvador and we had an amazing time!! After the tour he took us to a nice restaurant with a beautiful view. I highly recommend!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Eco Tours Petate! My husband and I really enjoyed the Ruta de las Flores and The Best of San Salvador tours. The guides were very kind, professional, and shared the history of each place in a very interesting way. The vehicles were comfortable and the time at each stop was very well organized. Rafa was our tour guide and he showed us an amazing part of the country! My wife and I tried to go venturing on our own and struggled so we looked for a tour. Once we selected a touring package we were set. Rafa picked us up at our Airbnb and did arrive on time. He not only knew English very well but also was able to explain the stories and history of the county as well saw it. Rafa was a fountain of knowledge and love for this country and it shows in his tour. We recommend this tour to anyone and especially if you’re able to get Rafa as you will be in great hands!
The Devil's Door was INCREDIBLE. The best part of the tour along with learning from Mr. Moises. Everything with details and he even made an extra stop for us at the military museum. 100% recommended.
