I don't always write reviews since my experience can be average. But for this tour and especially tour guide Michael, everything was amazing. We got picked up on time in a car from the future. Our driver was super friendly. When we picked up Michael, he adapted our itinerary in real-time to help us enjoy things we needed right on time. He was deeply knowledgeable about Shanghai in a way that made me feel I was getting my money's worth. We saw the history and the future of the city. He made it a child-friendly tour as well and even introduced us to the most amazing Shanghai soup dumplings! My only regret was not having more time to tour with Michael. I learned so much and it was worth EVERY penny. Thank you Michael, and to Sunny for being the point person!!!!!

It was perfect having someone pick us up at the airport, especially because we didn’t have internet at the time, so we really appreciated this from the beginning. Everything we visited was great, but we felt that having to pay extra to enter one of the gardens was unnecessary, especially after already paying for the tour. We also would have liked to spend a little more time walking around the streets or exploring something different. The tour was quite fast-paced: we would visit a place, get an explanation, and then almost immediately get back in the car to move to the next stop. It would have been nice to have a bit more free time to walk around and explore. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the tour. Our guide, Roy, was very kind and helpful throughout the whole day, and he explained everything really well. Overall, we had a great experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really nice day exploring Shanghai with Robert during my layover! He showed me around the city and took me to lots of different places, so I got to see and experience quite a bit even though I only had the day. He was really friendly and helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure I had a good time. Definitely a much better way to spend a long layover than sitting at the airport! Thank you Robert 😊

Linda was our guide. Great person to hang out with for a few hours. Knowledgeable accommodating adaptable to our changing needs. Everything was easy because she knows her way around town. Her English is great which was a blessing. Totally recommend the experience

you can fit a lot into an 8 hour tour of Shaghai, but do a little research and decide what things you want to see and do. Rather than trying to do or see too much enjoy a few places. Our Guide Linda was amazing with her knowledge of the place and her willingness to change plans as we changed our minds. Linda adapted to us very quickly and totally understood our motivations and needs. Her choice of sites and places to visit were perfect. She knew where to take us for lunch, that was awesome. The Buddhist Monastery is a must see.

We had a wonderful day exploring Shanghai and were extremely pleased with the experience. Our driver, Mr. Lee, was very professional, punctual, and helpful, making all our transfers comfortable and enjoyable. Our guide, Roy, was equally knowledgeable and kind. He accompanied us with great professionalism and provided us with interesting insights into the city’s history, culture, and traditions. We also really appreciated their attention to our needs and their willingness to answer all our questions. Thanks to them, we were able to discover Shanghai in a more authentic and relaxed way, without having to worry about the organization. It was a fantastic and very well-organized experience, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai and looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly professionals. What an excellent way to spend a stopover in Shanghai. Our guide Robert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was very accommodating. The vehicle used was also an added bonus with amazing recliner seats which made the journey to and from the airport so comfortable and enjoyable. Overall would definitely recommend this experience.
