Best day of my Korea trip
Best day of my Korea trip! We had a wonderful time on this full-day tour (around 9–10 hours). Our guide, Dino, was fantastic! He speaks fluent English and Japanese and is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. At every stop, Dino made sure the whole group stayed together, walked us right to the entrances, and gave super helpful tips on the best photo spots alongside clear instructions for pick-up times and locations. On the bus, he shared interesting background details about each location while also giving us plenty of quiet time to rest between destinations. I honestly couldn't flaw a single thing. This was easily the best day of my trip to Korea so far. I highly recommend this tour and Dino to anyone visiting Busan!

Good experience
Guide Sohee was very good, provided background information and covered well. They had some system glitch and I was not on the list for capsule ride even though I chose and paid for that option. We missed out on that experience. Train tickets were also sold out. The company said they will will refund me the tour.

A mediocre experience of what could have been a good tour
A good trip in concept, but bad execution. Somehow our bus became a half English half Japanese bus with the guide, Dino, repeating everything in both languages. His English wasn't good enough for an English tour guide as he couldn't explain stuff well enough, and lacked charisma. A lot of the time he was thinking about what to say, and it is clear that a more fluent guide could have explained more. During lunch break, he led us to a specific restaurant, instead of showing us the area to get food so we can choose on our own. Unfortunately I didn't learn anything about the history of the places we have been to, and in the tour it felt like some places where just tourist traps with spots for good photos.
