We had an absolutely amazing time on our Busan tour today, all thanks to our incredible guide, Alice! She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and included throughout the entire day. The itinerary was perfect. Visiting the two distinct culture villages gave us a great look into Busan's rich history and colorful charm. Taking the Haeundae Sky Capsule was a major highlight—the coastal views were stunning, and Alice made sure we got the best photos. Alice went above and beyond, sharing fascinating stories about each spot and giving us fantastic local recommendations. If you are booking a tour in Busan, definitely look for Alice. She truly made our trip unforgettable! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sol was the best. She is awesome. It was a great trip! We had a great time! Everything worked out nicely and timely.
Ji-Song was a great guide! She kept all forty of us on track and was funny and interesting as well. 5 stars for Jo-Song! I do not think the tour should include a stop at Gongsu Fishing Village, because there was actually very little to see or do beyond getting ice cream or coffee. Another location or more time at Gamcheon Culture Village would have been better.
The overall service was good, and guide Alice was patient and meticulous and would notice some details. Bus transfers between several attractions are convenient. Unfortunately the weather is not good, otherwise the capsule train would have been more scenic.
