Bobby Kim, our tour guide was extremely professional, very friendly, patient, pleasant and an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about Busan and had wonderful tips to share about this beautiful city. He should continue to provide tours and we would love to go on another tour guided by Bobby Kim.

Day of communication is via an app that you were asked communicate through, which was different. This tour basically drives you to the locations listed with no information about any of the stops. The staff were cold and unfriendly at the Korean Seafood Restaurant they take you to. The dock at the 4th location was closed due to weather, but the sign looked like it had been there forever. I have a suspicion this location has been closed for a while but is still on the tour line up. You could do this whole experience yourself via Uber and skip the restaurant for a fraction of the cost.
