Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced this inconvenience during your return journey.
We would, however, like to clarify that the vehicle’s air conditioning was functioning normally prior to your transfer, and the same vehicle had been operating without any issue earlier that day. Unfortunately, during your journey, the air-conditioning system developed an unexpected mechanical fault.
This was not a known issue that was ignored or a vehicle knowingly sent into service without working air conditioning. Mechanical failures can unfortunately occur without warning, despite regular maintenance and checks.
We would also like to mention that no concern regarding the temperature or air conditioning was raised with the driver during the journey.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience, particularly given the very high temperatures that day. We take the comfort of our passengers seriously and the vehicle was promptly inspected following the issue.

Our driver did a wonderful job communicating with us before we even arrived. Let us know exactly where to meet and was very patient as we navigated customs. The driver was a wonderful navigator and made our first hour in Rome simple and easy!

Horrible: please read if you’re considering them
I don’t have words to explain what a total scam these guys are. I officially confirmed, conversed with them multiple times, had about 3 confirmations particularly on time to pick up and exact size of children seats that were necessary for us.
We land and 5 minutes after the exact time we had confirmed I see signs everywhere for picking up people. Not us! I get a text asking if I still want a vehicle and that I needed to reconfirm an agreed upon confirmation. “Do you still need picked up?”. Then I’m told the car is broken and they only have one car seat available.
30 minutes after pick up time we agreed upon I’m told we’d receive a discount vehicle 😆 then I’m asked why I’m leaving a bad review 😆. Meanwhile I’m stranded at the airport in a different country with a ten month old and a 4 year old.

We are sorry to read this review, but we need to clarify an important point, particularly given the very serious use of the word “scam.”
**Your reservation was never finalized or confirmed.**
While we exchanged several messages regarding the requested service, including the pick-up time and the child-seat requirements, discussing and agreeing on the details of a potential booking does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Our service required the booking process, including the required payment, to be completed before a vehicle and driver could be definitively assigned. This process was never completed.
For this reason, there was no confirmed vehicle scheduled to be waiting for you at the airport at the stated time.
As a professional transportation company, we cannot dispatch a driver based on an incomplete reservation. Once a driver and vehicle are dispatched, we are responsible for the cost of that service even if the passenger has not completed the booking or payment.
When you contacted us from the airport, despite there being no finalized reservation, our team still attempted to find a last-minute solution for your family. The messages regarding vehicle and child-seat availability referred to our attempt to accommodate you at that point — they were not the cancellation of an existing confirmed service.
We fully understand that arriving at an airport with two young children without transportation is frustrating. However, describing our company as a “scam” because a service that was never finalized was not waiting at the airport is neither accurate nor a fair representation of what occurred.

Key decision that enabled us to do our Vatican Tour!
Claudio was our driver and our flight was delayed 1.5 hours which caused a lot of stress as we had a tour scheduled at the Vatican that we didn’t want to miss. Claudio communicated with us and was right where he said he’d be, greeting us as we existed baggage claim. After a quick walk to his van, loading up all our bags, he deftly and quickly got us to our hotel so we could make our scheduled activity. Thanks Claudio!

Most satisfied. Would recommend.
Pick up from Rome Termini to an outer Rome address (around 50km away). Termini is not the greatest spot to meet but the driver did WhatsApp me 30 minutes before with a photo of his location and we spoke after I arrived. Transfer was easy. And I was satisfied with the pricing. A taxi would be less however this is a premium service and I wanted to get to my destination easily with no fuss or drama. Well recommend.

Transfer from Port to Rome Hotel
Hands down Fattori Car Service is in my opinion the best! Communication from the time we booked the service to drop off was excellent. 1st time in Rome and did not realize how narrow the streets are in some places, especially where our hotel was, but drove us right to the front door. It would have been a challenge trying to roll 4 large suitcases over the cobblestone road.
Fattori is a must!!!

Exceptional Service
We were delayed plus took over 1 hr to get bags. Driver kept in touch via text. Didn’t have to worry he would leave. Exceptional service!!!
