A friend who has used Rome Airporter on numerous occasions referred me and it was a great experience. The driver was right on time and in a vehicle large enough to handle our three passengers and all of our (very large, American) luggage. I made the mistake of using a different service from the airport to our accomodations and they arrived in a sedan ... we all had to carry large bags on our laps for that ride. Never again - my "go to" will always be Rome Airporter from now on.

The driver was very aggressive in the way he drove. Was constantly weaving in and out of traffic and breaking. One member of our party actually got carsick.

Scheduled a pickup at the cruise ship and the driver was there and waiting when we disembarked. We got off the ship at 7am instead of 6am and I had a flight at 9:10am. The driver got me to the airport (45 minutes away) on time for my flight. He was extremely courteous. I would book this company again and I plan on booking them every time I travel and their services are offered.

Marco went above and beyond to ensure we made it on time to our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. While we drove by dozens of people lugging their suitcases in the heat down the pier to reach the ship on time, Marco had special access to the pier and was able to drop us off directly next to the ship. Very impressive!

Excellent service! Very prompt & accommodating. Easy to book wiith directly. Friendly driver. We had the entire van/SUV for just the two of us - it seemed brand new and super clean. I would use them again in a minute! We had the same driver/vehicle for both of our transports: from FCO airport to Rome hotel & then from Rome hotel to Port Civitavecchia a couple days later.

Couldn't ask for anything more Our driver kept us updated on the location of the pickup at the airport, even texting photos of the location and placard showing my name. He assisted my wife and I with our bags to the car, which was clean and had bottles of water for us, which was appreciated after a long transatlantic flight. Got us to the cruise terminal at Civitavecchia quickly and safely.

The driver was early which suited us fine. He was professional, courteous, and drove safely. He helped us with our luggage at both ends and ensured we connected with port valet service. I highly recommend this service.

Civitavecchia Private transfer from the cruise port to Rome and from Rome to the airport the following day was outstanding. Our driver was very professional and was waiting when we departed our cruise. He was very helpful in giving us suggestions for our one day in Rome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for transfers to or from the airport or cruise port when visiting Rome.

Rome Airporter was easy to work with in accommodating our plans. The driver was polite and punctual and transported us from our Rome hotel to Civitavecchia cruise port. I would highly recommend this transportation service which was very reasonable and convenient for our group.
