I booked an English speaking tour and got an English and Spanish tour. It was very hard to follow since the tour guide would speak them both. I wasn’t able to get much history out of this tour. I felt like this was a waste of money and it would have been better if I just went there on my own. Very disappointed by this tour.

Great tour ! Guide was vey knowledgeable . The only downside is he kept switching between English and Spanish in the middle of the sentence . It would be better if he completed the thought on English and the went to Spanish .
This was a nice way to have a city tour without needing to walk and quick access into the palace. The guided tour was very helpful in managing both the crowds and understanding what we were looking at at the palace. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Very good. Guide was kind and knowledgeable. Medium amout of walking. DONT BRING A BACK PACK! if you do, you will need to check it in, free of charge.
Micro did not work in the bus The guide was standing in front of me blocking completely my view and he was frequently leaning over me further stressing. Even after several attempts to ask him to move away Did not enjoy at all. His explanation in the castle was good

It’s really nice and the sight seen helps you think it should have an extra hour so you can have an opportunity to explore the gardens or the. Market as 20 min is not enough
Booking - via Jet2 Pick up - difficult to find location to be picked up OPERNBRUNNEN Language - English and spanish difficult to follow as jumped between languages City Tour - speeded around city difficult to see landmarks and absorb information provided Palace tour - extremely busy had to push through crowds Palace grounds - no time to see unless you missed the bus and find your own way back to the city Tour guide - extremely knowledgeable and assertive but pleasant to tour group Recommendation - try to book when not busy OR find a full day tour when not to rushed

Wonderful experience and well organised tour to a very busy and hectic site, excellent guide, Charles, adequate time to wander around on your own in the market area and informative guide through the interior
Tour guide was knowledgeable and respectful to all. Overall tour was well worth the cost. Nice to skip the line for the castle tour (no waiting whatsoever) . Tour guide was bilingual and provided information in both german and english during tour. The only downside we experienced was during the city bus tour portion. While the tour guide was speaking in the alternative language, we may have missed seeing the landmarks being pointed out as the bus passed them. . By the time our language was translated, we had already passed the building(s) being discussed. It would have been nice to know what we were looking at as we passed the city icon. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and witty. Perfect to day 1 in Vienna to orient you with where to go and what to do. The palace itself is only “ok” - not the most dramatic .
