Our guide was very energetic and showed much emotion about the topic. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend.
We met our guide in front of Schullin on Michaelerplatz. It was a fair size group but we were fitted up with headphones so were could always hear our guide. After the Sisi Museum and Imperial apartments we skipped the courtyards and gardens as weather was not too great. It was a super tour and I'd highly recommend it,
We had an excellent experience on the Hofburg Palace and Sisi Museum tour, and Mariola was absolutely outstanding. She was beyond knowledgeable—not just about the history of the palace and the Habsburgs, but also about Vienna itself and all the details that brought everything to life. She made the tour feel engaging and personal rather than just a standard walkthrough. Her explanations were clear, interesting, and full of stories that made the history memorable. She was patient, warm, and answered every question with so much depth and insight. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The skip-the-line access made everything smooth, and having a guide like Mariola made the experience so much more special. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can request Mariola, do it!

Great guided tour with Volker through Hofburg & Sisi Museum! Very exciting and well explained guided tour with interesting insights into the life of Empress Elisabeth and the history of the Habsburgs. The showrooms are impressive and the organization was top. Highly recommended!
