We paid $420 for two people for this Sintra tuk-tuk tour and were very disappointed with the value. We spent less than an hour total in the tuk-tuk and most of the remaining time walking. Our driver picked us up at 9 am, left us at 10:45 am, and we had to walk to meet her at 1 pm. before the tour ended at 2 pm. Admission to none of the listed attractions was included. The tuk-tuk also felt poorly maintained and rattled heavily throughout the ride. For this price, we expected much more. There appear to be considerably more affordable options, and I would recommend comparing those before booking.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Our GPS records confirm that the tour took place from 9:00–11:00 and again from 12:30–14:00. The walking portion in Sintra’s historic centre is part of the experience, and our private tours are fully adaptable to guests’ plans — in this case, the itinerary also took into account that you had already purchased your own tickets for Quinta da Regaleira.
Entrance tickets are not advertised as included in this tour. Regarding the vehicle, our tuk-tuks are regularly maintained and we regret that the ride felt uncomfortable to you.
We always aim to provide a personalised experience and are sorry that, on this occasion, it did not match your expectations.

Amazing day!

David was amazing!
Easily the best experience we had on our trip to Portugal. Spectacular scenery paired with lots of fun facts and history about the area. David was cautious to our needs and made sure we had an excellent trip!

Nice walk

Sintra with Joana
