Excellent!! Driver was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They were very accommodating with flight changes and getting us to airport on time!

Pickup smoothly and safe driving. We requested a pickup time the day before. We can communicate with driver very smooth and stress-free on the day of the ride.

Driver was on time, professional and pleasant. He communicated with me before trip, confirmed pick up time and location.

Showed up on time and got us to the airport on time, would have liked more communication leading up to the pick up but it all worked out

it was horrible, my flight was delayed in Salt Lake City. so I was late arriving but my friend was on time. there was not a phone call or a text from the driver to tell us where to met.So my friend had to take a cab to the hotel and payed $62.00 for the ride.I used Viator last July and it was perfect,the driver text to where he would be in the airport and gave me his phone to call if I needed help.The driver this time did nothing. The next day I arrived and payed $59.00 for my cab ride to the hotel. Viator charged me$65.00 and I would like a refund.I have used Viator many times before without any problems but this was the worst.

The driver was very kind and courteous, we had 4 suitcases and a rollator. He got it all in the cargo area, took it all out at destination and was was outstanding!

It was ok car was clean and driver was good but he started listening to a religious station. I was also surprised he was not waiting for us but worked out just fine because we could not check in at our Airbnb until 3

Better communication. Had to call as no one showed up on time. No explanation, just found someone close

Upon pickup at the Honolulu airport taking us to our Airbnb ,Andreas of luxe cab was on the spot even included a wonderful lei greeting which we loved. The return pickup from the Airbnb back to the airport was a no-show due to mix communication I suppose I would even say I would give them another chance. We mix up and communication was on both parts however Andreas made it right by refunding the last leg of my trip he is a great driver and guy overall great guy we just hated the mix-up at the end.
