It was ok car was clean and driver was good but he started listening to a religious station. I was also surprised he was not waiting for us but worked out just fine because we could not check in at our Airbnb until 3
Better communication. Had to call as no one showed up on time. No explanation, just found someone close
Very professional and friendly driver. Highly recommend! Nice to have a pickup right outside baggage claim after the long day of travel.
Upon pickup at the Honolulu airport taking us to our Airbnb ,Andreas of luxe cab was on the spot even included a wonderful lei greeting which we loved. The return pickup from the Airbnb back to the airport was a no-show due to mix communication I suppose I would even say I would give them another chance. We mix up and communication was on both parts however Andreas made it right by refunding the last leg of my trip he is a great driver and guy overall great guy we just hated the mix-up at the end.
This experience could be good or bad you could be picked up and or you might not be picked up. No airport pickup from our condo in Honolulu no communication for the cab was a total no-show

Driver was very nice. Gave us a mini tour on the way to our hotel, from the airport. Gave us info on things to do in Honolulu.
30 minutes late to pick up. Texted an hour prior to pick up to confirm but no one responded back. I had to call once they were late. The driver was great. No issues with him.
Andre's was prompt, friendly and the vehicle was a good size for four adults and luggage. He got us to the airport with plenty of time.e to spare.
