La Casa dei Vettii è una domus di epoca romana, sepolta durante l'eruzione del Vesuvio del 79 e ritrovata a seguito degli scavi archeologici dell'antica Pompei (VI - 15 - 1) : rappresenta uno dei massimi esempi d'arte romana del I secolo ed è così chiamata dal nome dei proprietari, Aulo Vettio Restituto e Aulo Vettio Conviva All’interno della zona è stato rinvenuto un ambiente che conserva pitture erotiche , per cui questa stanza usata dalla prosituta che abitava conil padrone
Si continua passeggiando per Via dell'Abbondanza.Questa strada collega nel lungo percorso ai maggiori nuclei della città tra il Foro e Porta Sarno, come il Foro, le Terme Stabiane, i Teatri, il Tempio di Iside e l'Anfiteatro.

Guided tour of Pompeii, guide Maria Rosaria, my family and I had a great time; she was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Difficult for older people but a great experience to see the ruins. Our guide was wonderful and gave us a lot of information
Thanks to our guide we immediately immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of Pompeii telling us stories of life and making us discover the beauties of the place. In addition to this he gave us further directions to continue the visit independently. Thanks to Mia, very prepared guide, nice and helpful.
Where did the two hour tour through Pompeii with a guide. Our guide was Anastasia and she was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and give us incredible insight to the amazing city of Pompeii.
This was our first trip to Pompeii. The local train from Sorrento left us right in front of the entrance, which is also where we purchased our entrance tickets with a guided small group tour through Pompeii Tickets. Lina led our 2.5 hour English speaking tour which includedindividualaudio sets. I was skeptical about booking, but I can't imagine going through Pompeii without a guide; it was an excellent decision. Pompeii is massive and full of history that we would have been clueless about without Lina. She was calm, clear, and went at a good pace. It was just the right amount of time for us. We can definitely recommend this tour.

Pompeii is so expansive so this tour was a great way to see a good portion of the site with highlights.
