We had an amazing experience with Nina, a funny and good guide, who enlightened us through the journey and Karen, a really well driver. He drove mountainous roads that I would never have the courage to drive myself. We felt safe, comfortable and wiser through the whole journey. It was a beautiful trip and time went fast because of the guidance and sights. The only thing to point out was the barbecue, we had for lunch. It was quite dry, but besides that we had a great local experience for lunch. Other meal options are also available for lunch.

Nina was our guide and Karen our driver. We had a great trip. Nina is very engaged and explained historical details well and was eager to ensure all travellers were well taken care of. It is a very long trip, however, certainly worth it.

I participated in this private tour on September 17 in a group of six. The full-day tour lasted 13 hours, making stops at such locations of historical significance: Khor Virap, Noravank and Tatev Monastery (via ropeway). Our driver, Levon, was very friendly and did his best to accommodate our needs. Our original booking was make with departure time at 8:00 am. In order to be able to eat a solid breakfast in our hotel, we requested to change the departure time to 9:00am; this means that our return time to Yerevan would also be pushed backed by one hour. Levon happily agreed to our request and arrived in our hotel at 8:40am to wait for us. Along the roads, Levon, who had no duties of a tour guide, brought to our attention the major landmarks and important settlements. Levon is also a very considerate person: during the long drive, he regularly asked us if we needed stops for using toilets. Between Noravank and Tatev, we asked Levon casually if it was possible to make a brief stop at Zorats Karer – a prehistoric archaeological site, which was not included in the tour. He once again agreed with no hesitation. We were brought back to our hotel safely at 10:00pm. Despite being tired, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and saw more than we expected. Hyur is a great tour agency, and Levon is an excellent driver. I highly recommend this tour to those tourists who spend three or more days in Armenia.

My boyfriend and I were delighted with the tour conducted by the guide Marina. She is a true professional in her field! The route is, of course, challenging, but the views that open up from the location are definitely worth it. Please note that the tour lasts until the evening; we returned to Yerevan at 23:30. We had a delicious lunch at a local establishment at an affordable price, and we also had dinner at the food court. We would also like to note that we were satisfied with the work of the driver, Araik, who covered such a challenging route. We felt safe throughout the entire trip. The guide Edward and the driver Joseph are excellent. They explained everything what I have asked. And I could deepen my knowledge about Armenia. Thank you very much.

The trip to the mountains left a lot of vivid impressions! The road turned out to be not close, but the views that opened up were worth every minute of the journey - the landscapes are simply breathtaking. And, of course, a huge thank you to our driver Spartak: the sharp turns, descents, and ascents felt like an exciting adventure, but at the same time absolutely safe thanks to his confident driving. I have already written a review about the first tour, which took place on September 16th. The next tour was on September 17th, with Gayane as the guide and Araik as the driver. I want to note the qualification level of the guide - Gayane, her attentive attitude towards the tourists, and the professionalism of Araika. The road was difficult, there were inadequate drivers along the way, but he skillfully maneuvered. I also want to note the cleanliness of the cabin, the presence of air conditioning, and the treat of national pastries. The next tour took place on September 21, with Aik as the guide and Armen as the driver. And this tour pleased me. Aik told us many interesting things. This time, the bus was small, but it didn't spoil the impression because the driver Armen was excellent. We were treated to pastries and provided with water once again. Thank you to all the tour organizers for the pleasure provided!

Great trip with very interesting sites, good food at the restaurant, nice guide and driver (Sam and Spartac), new and comfortable bus. Also the view from the cable car at Tatev is incredible.
