We went with Pius and Bwashee and had the best time! We chose the 8 days lemosho route and had luckily no altitude symptoms. The food was good and they remembered what we liked. The guides were very knowledgeable and always showed us things and explained everything to us. Everyone was helpful und so nice!
Had a great experience with Bawshee and Pius on the 8-day Lemosho Route! There were no hidden costs, and it was just me, my friend, and the staff in our group, which made the experience feel very personal. The whole team was always kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the trek. I would definitely recommend this route and team — especially if you’re mentally and physically prepared for the challenge! 🏔️
Zara Tanzania Adventures did an amazing job that went above expectations from beginning to end. Everything from reception, hotel, logistics, food and so on was high quality - and the people, particularly our guides Innocent and Victa - were so professional, knowledgeable and forthcoming.

We chose the Lemosho Route for its variety and the best possible opportunity to acclimatize before the final push to the summit. The team that helped us reach the top was outstanding. Our guides, Dickson and Godson, quickly learned our pace and planned our summit night perfectly. We reached the summit just as the sun was rising – an unforgettable moment on the Roof of Africa. Our “MasterChef”, Mr. Martin, kept our energy levels topped up with great meals every day. Enoki made sure our plates were always full and turned the small vestibule of our tent into a cozy little home away from home. A special thank you to all the porters working tirelessly in the background. You may not interact with them as much, but they are the backbone of the trek. Their hard work should never be taken for granted. You still have to do the preparation and climb the mountain yourself, but Dickson and his team will give you the support, experience and confidence you need along the way. If reaching the Roof of Africa is your dream, we can wholeheartedly recommend putting that dream in the hands of this team. They helped make ours come true.

The trip has been amazing. I have no regrets booking with Evertrek and I will be looking forward to booking a third trip with them for next year. Great experience. Guide Haji is a very nice and capable person. I would recommend, based on high altitude trekking, that oxygen saturation and pulse be tested daily. We had to requested it. Thank you Zara.
