Came early upon our request and was personable and professional. Overall easy to book, they updated me, and gave me confidence that we were in good hands.
Our driver met us and actually found us by using a picture we had online. We’re so glad we booked this transfer - made the trip from the ship to our hotel so easy - I’ll never do a taxi again!
The driver left the terminal without picking us up despite me having a phone conversation and texting him regarding our progress through customs.

I booked through Viator. The local company for our transfer was RideClassy. We were a party of 6 with lots of luggage. I made that note at booking and Viator set me up wonderfully. Our driver was at the cruise port timely and was able to communicate where and who he was. Mukhtar, our driver, got all the luggage in the van and off we went to our hotel. Simple professional and pleasant. Great service. Thank you to Viator and RideClassy for a pleasant stress less experience.
