Wonderful Walking Tour of Casco Viejo with Eustacio
We had a wonderful walking tour of Casco Viejo with Eustacio. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and engaging throughout the tour. He shared so much about the history and culture of Panama and Casco Viejo, which made the experience both interesting and enjoyable.
Eustacio was also very personable and took the time to answer our questions along the way. We really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Panama City and looking for an informative and enjoyable walking tour

Superb walking tour
Maria was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was happy to go at our pace.
We learnt a lot about the history of Panama, but also about the different people who live here, coffee production in Panama and the story behind Panama hats.
Very good value for money.

Our guide spoke English...
Our guide spoke English well. He was very proud of Panama's old town World Heritage status. He had stories about nearly every building. It was a leisurely, pleasant walk that included a couple of "cooling off" stops as well.

Disappointing Experience
We didn’t move outside of the one block in 45 minutes. Mostly it’s standing and listening to a history lecture. I always enjoy city tours but this is the first time we left a tour early. There were other groups that seemed to be moving around and exploring will try a different one but our group of 4 did not have a good experience on this tour.

A walking tour should be engaging, well-paced, and provide a balanced combination of exploration, landmarks, hidden gems, and storytelling. Remaining within one block for 45 minutes does not represent the experience we advertise or expect our guests to receive.
We have taken decisive internal action regarding this matter. Panamanian Adventures has zero tolerance for service that falls below our standards, and we remain fully committed to providing every traveler with the exceptional experience reflected in the overwhelming majority of our reviews. An immersive experience
I was lucky to be accompanied by Andrey, a friendly and well-prepared guide who taught me the history of the place, but also took me to a series of typical local spots where we tried local products. Recommended

Excellent tour with a wealth of history
Our guide Mylin was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful history of Panama and specifically about the old city. From Panama hats to the Canal, we learned so much! Would highly recommend this tour

Great experience
Great tour and would highly recommend! Eustacio was very knowledgeable - it was just my husband and me, and we felt the tour was catered to what we were interested in. Eustacio also gave great recommendations for places to eat in Casco Viejo, and we ended up eating dinner at one of the restaurants after the tour. Thank you Eustacio!

Too much irrelevant information!
Very informative but redundant and slow to get to the point. It was good to learn the history, but the guyed did not have to name each individual and provide quite so much detail. The tour could have been shortened by half and provided the same amount of information, and allowed us to go into some of the places the guide talked about.
