Our experience with Maui Mermaid Swim School and Aqua was nothing short of pure magic. 🧜‍♀️✨ My daughter felt like a true mermaid from the moment she arrived. Aqua went above and beyond to make her day so incredibly special, from the beautiful mermaid makeover, to all the fun tips and tricks, and every little detail in between. And the photoshoot… the pictures are absolutely UNREAL. They captured the magic so perfectly, and I know these are memories my daughter will treasure forever. My daughter truly had the best day ever, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words just how incredible this experience was. Aqua has such a beautiful way of creating magic and making little girls feel confident, special, and like they can be anything they dream of. This experience was more than just a mermaid swim—it was a beautiful reminder to follow your dreams, believe in a little magic, and spread that magic wherever you go.💕🧜‍♀️🌺 Thank you, Aqua, for giving my daughter a day she will never forget! 10/10, truly unforgettable.✨

My daughter as always been obsessed with mermaids. So I decided to treat her to Maui Mermaid School on our recent visit to Maui! This was, without a doubt, the most magical experiences of our entire Hawaiian vacation and a memory my 12-year-old daughter will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, Aqua the instructor, made her feel so special. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely loving. Aqua didn't just teach her how to swim like a mermaid—she made her believe she was one. She transformed my daughter into the most beautiful mermaid and created an experience filled with wonder, confidence, and pure joy. The photo shoot was absolutely breath taking and the photos and videos captured the magic perfectly. Seeing the smile on my daughter's face as she swam through the crystal-clear water in that mermaid tail is something I'll never forget. As a parent, there's nothing better than watching your child experience pure happiness, and Mermaid School gave us exactly that. This wasn't just an activity—it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a core memory we will treasure forever. We had such a memorable and unforgettable time. Aqua was an amazing mermaid teacher, and made my daughter the happiest nine-year-old girl on the planet. We will always remember this time. One of the absolute highlights of our trip. I am a mom and went with my two daughters, and it was such a fun and magical time — for adults and kids alike. Aqua is AMAZING. So skilled and experienced, so good with kids (my girls were OBSESSED with her), so fun to hang with, and a great photographer, to boot! This is absolutely a memory that we will cherish for a lifetime, and we hope to return to our mermaid forms every time we have the good fortune to return to Maui. And, on top of all that, we get to relive the experience and revisit Maui when we look at the photos and videos she captured. She clearly loves her work, and it really shows. She made it so easy — she provides the tails and the masks and the adventure! All you have to do is get yourself there and be ready to soak in some magic. Aqua is the best!

What a fun adventure. Aqua is the kindest person. She's patient and encouraging and we had so much fun learning how to swim with a monofin tail. We went as a group of 3 adults and two kids (12 and 9) was great for all ages. We also had Sky as a support for our group and he was so lovely, taking photos and then dragging our son around on a paddle board letting him 'snorkel' from the paddle board when he got too cold to stay in the water. He showed him eels and reef fish and that allowed the rest of us to focus on the mermaid lesson knowing that our son was well looked after and perfectly happy. The kids want to do it again!

I’ve always felt that I was a mermaid in my heart. For two hours, I got to make that dream come true thanks to Aqua. She was patient, kind and absolutely an amazing instructor and I can’t thank her enough. Follow the call of the ocean and be prepared for a perfect day.

My daughter and I became mermaids for the morning and had a magical time. Aqua was so informative and sweet. We enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, and being mermaids. I highly recommend this activity

Aqualina is very kind, professional and responsible and she sees safety as the top priority. Aqualina is also like an old friend to me! Makena Bay is a beautiful paradise, the water was calm and clear. I enjoyed myself so much in the ocean, and this lesson brightened my day and highlighted my trip to Maui. The photos and videos came out stunning. I'll highly recommend it to my family and friends!! I'm looking forward to coming back again!!

Had such a wonderful experience with Aqua. Although we could not do the underwater photography due to safety concerns with the rough waves, we pivoted and did a beach/rock photoshoot. Felt magical in a tail, and very supported and uplifted by Aqua's instructions and cheerleading. Highly recommend the experience to anyone, you will be in safe hands with her.
