We had a great time on the food tour. There were 10 of us, from various places like America, New Zealand, and Sweden. Our tour guide, Lorena was outstanding. Beautiful and intelligent young lady with great stories. She seemed to know every restaurant owner and person in the old town. The highlight of the tour was to meet the.”nonnas” who make the Orecchiette right there on the street. I got to meet Nunzia, who is famous throughout the world having been on television many times. This was also a great orientation to find out where all the good local restaurants are. We were all sorry when the Tour ended.

This was our first time in Puglia, and while staying in Bari we wanted to explore the city and try the local food. This tour blew away my expectations as our guide Frederica was so knowledgeable of her city and the food locations she took us to had amazing food. The Foccocia was the best I’ve ever had, we really enjoyed a panzerotti, the orecchiette dish we enjoyed was so fresh and tasty and we finished with some really great gelato. The description of this tour was accurate and the food was so good and the additional info Frederica shared related to Bari was really amazing. 10 out of 10 experience, sign up and do this when you visit Bari!!!
