Mr. Pan doesnt speak English but his service was excellent. He translated what he needed through his phone and got us to the port in 45 minutes rather than the expected 1-1.2 hours. In addition, he arrived to my hotel earlier than the scheduled time and was patiently waiting for me to come out to him. Also, he was very helpful with putting our luggage both in and out of the vehicle. I would recommend this company's services over and over again from this experience alone, especially as the Tour Coordinator , Alana, stayed in continued contact before, during, and after the transfer and was very pleasant to work with. She also made everything convenient for me, so much that I decided to book with them again for my return to Shanghai from the cruiseport upon my return.
