Overall, this city sightseeing tour was a wonderful way to experience Marseille! We were able to cover so much ground and see most of the city’s key highlights in a short amount of time. A huge shoutout to our guide, Paco; he was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. The only reason for taking off one star was the pickup logistics, which were quite disorganized. The meeting point was crowded with multiple different tour groups, and there was no signage or clear coordination to help us identify our specific tour. In fact, our own tour driver accidentally directed us to the wrong bus first, and we had to be redirected to the correct one! Clearer signage or dedicated staff at the pickup area would make a world of difference. Additionally, while the coach itself was fine and clean, the seating felt a bit tight. Despite the initial confusion at the pier, Paco and the sight-filled itinerary made it well worth it. If they streamline the pickup process, it would easily be a 5-star experience!

No contact from tour via phone, Viator, text or email. We showed up at a meeting point and found no one! TRAVELERS BE AWARE! Currently disputing with Viator and our CC for our refund. Our day was ruined!

Djilani and Sabre were amazing. I had a group of 14 people with lots of luggage transferring from Arles to Marseille. I still can’t figure how they managed but the van was comfortable and didn’t feel crowded. We also did a very informative half day tour of Marseille and saw all the highlights with limited walking. This was perfect for my group of seniors. We had many guides during our 2 1/2 weeks but Djilani spoke near perfect English and was so knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with the company. Payments were easy, and the service was impeccable.

The meeting point was not that easy to find and could have been described better. Google Maps is useless in the port area. The tour itself was great. Joe told us many interesting things and, above all, brought us safely up the narrow path to Notre-Dame de la Garde. Thank you very much for that!
