Such a great tour! Our guide, Eric, contacted us on WhatsApp the morning of the tour to confirm. He was waiting for us right as we got off our cruise ship, very easy! He was very knowledgeable about the area and wines. He was a fantastic guide!

Wonderful Wine Tour
We had the most wonderful day with Jean-Gabriel. He took us to the best wineries and had a wealth of knowledge about wine and wine making which he readily shared with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely look for Jean-Gabriel the next time we are in the area.

A wonderful day of discovery with excellent wines, and what can I say about the Provençal decor! A short stop for lunch in Aix-en-Provence to discover the charm of the area. Very satisfied with our excursion and the guide Eric, who was very attentive.

This was the perfect tour for our family. Anya was a fantastic guide and took us to two fantastic wineries and then free time in Cassis. We had a fantastic lunch and my wife enjoyed strolling through the shops. Anya was very personable, knowledgeable and just a joy to be around. What a great tour!!

This is a fabulous way to spend a day in this area. Jean Gabriel was our guide and filled our lives with the love and passion he has for wine and France.

Delightful excursion
Great guide who was also the driver. He was very knowledgeable and patient with questions. The vehicle was extremely clean and his driving was impeccable. We visited two lovely wineries and got to spend a couple of hours in Aix.

Great tour but need better communication as to pick up
Our driver was not at the ship at the scheduled time. No one informed us that he was going to be late so we got nervous and started walking to find him at perhaps another pier all the while trying to get in touch with Viator. We finally got in touch with Viator only to find out he was going to be late. Not a great start to ended up being a fabulous tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the pickup time — it’s always reconfirmed in the messages we send to each of our Viator guests, and our contact details are also available on Viator so you can reach us directly in case of any issue.
We’re very happy to know that, despite the stressful start, you still had a fabulous tour and enjoyed your time with us. It would be a real pleasure to welcome you back for more discoveries in Provence someday!

Best wine tour I could book for my family!
What an incredible company. Provence Wine Tours offered top notch service from the outset, and better than some other wine tour companies that I had communicated with previously. Laura was such a help creating the perfect itinerary for my family's first visit to France and determining what was possible during a short cruise excursion timeline. This was one of the most wonderful tours we’ve ever taken! The wineries were beautiful, family-owned, and the wine was exquisite. Eric was an incredible host. He made us feel welcome, knew the wine, knew history, knew the area, and helped my family tremendously! He kindly cared for my mother - who is in a wheelchair - and did all that he could to ensure that she could participate and feel comfortable. It was magical. Make sure you pick this company over others. They will offer extra support to ensure that you are happy.
