We signed up and paid for a small group tour. After waiting 15 minutes for a van or SUV at the pickup point a tour guide for a BUS FULL of people informed us we were on her tour. We did get VIP treatment sitting in the front of the bus. The guide was great, the tour was great. Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake was beautiful. However we booked the SMALL group tour because we didn’t want to be on a bus. We were never even informed of the change.

To ensure more comfort for our guests, we used a coach bus for this tour, limiting the number of passengers to 27. However, we understand your preference for a smaller vehicle and regret that you were not informed of this adjustment in advance.
