I don't know if necessary to previous seat, but the boat ride is fun for sure. Short and can see the lights. Only complaint is that in the front of the boat the music is playing fun top hits, but unable to hear the guide on her microphone.
Its ok for 20 mins but there is no useful information or facts shared by guide. Cheap enough but not missing anything if not done.
We got there a few minutes before the time with 4 seats reserved and they only had 3 seats. They could not guarantee that we would get on another boat. I ended up I’m just buying tickets with another company. I want a full refund. There was no one who would talk to us or try to help us. Awful.
This was well worth the price. It gave us beautiful views and photos. It was quick and while we couldn’t hear/understand, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Great I recommend is only 20 min, is a nice experience.
Received extremely poor instruction half in Japanese and very confusing. Arrived half an hour early and when we did locate the boat the people were very rude and as a result missed the whole experience
A guide dressed as a wolf shouted and waved to people. Maybe something for people with young children, but we weren't excited. 20 minutes in total boat trip back and forth. Nothing we would do again, and if you really want to, it has to be when it's dark to be able to see the lights in the lanterns.
Staff were friendly, it was raining hard but we still get to enjoy the experience
Awesome tour. We learned a lot and Chen our tour person was an amazing guide. We enjoyed his humor. Great history and culture. It was well organized with great communication.
Overall, it was great and a nice experience, very unique and different perspective of the main street, and for the price, it was good
