Dont waste your time booking with this company, absolute scam Tour guides tried to help but to no avail

Perfect for sightseeing in Osaka! Same day participation OK Departure from Don Quixote Mae along the Dotonbori River You can ride under the bridge over the Dotonbori River while enjoying commentary from the staff. The view from under the bridge, including the Glico sign, is breathtaking. If you come to Osaka, we want you to experience it at least once.
When we went to exchange our tickets for vouchers at the boat check in, we were told that the boat had sold out. I still have t received a refund . We were very disappointed.

Rude staff avoid at all costs Waste of time . Made us wait over an hour after our guaranteed time. The tickets look like a legal document for a divorce. And in the end, you get screwed
