Excellent tour
Informative and funny guide Linda learned a lot about Scottish history and certainly filled in the gaps. the visit to Edinburgh Castle was brief but we were given the opportunity to stay longer overall excellent experience!

Honestly, it was the best tour we’ve ever done!
WE HAVE DONE A TON OF TOURS and we both agree that this was the best. Linda didn’t just provide info, entertain or direct. She gave a personal, tailored performance. No notes. No fumbles. No stupid jokes that you’ve heard a thousand times, (If you liked it my name is Ed. If you differ, it’s Carl). She really related to EVERYONE on the tour. Five stars and five more. One note: bring good walking shoes!!

Great insight to Edinburgh history!
Linda was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. She engaged our group with many relevant facts and showed us many things that were not apparent to the casual observer. We very much enjoyed our experience and feel it’s added a lot to our Edinburgh trip.

Our awesome tour, Secrets of the Royal Mile, through Mercar tour was informative and delightful. We appreciated the headsets and our tour guide Linda was fantastic! Highly recommend Linda and Mercar tours.

There is a great deal of walking. History of the Royal mile and the castle came alive through the tour guide. Veni did a great job, methodical, patient and answered all questions without hesitation. Thanks for a great tour!

Scottish Educational Tour
Andrea made our tour educational and entertaining. The layout of walking was broken up with educational stops, The big highlight was the castle and skipping a long line to get into the venue. We would definitely recommend MercatvTours and Andrea, Thank You David and Sherry
