DO NOT TAKE TURIBUS! The worst experience
The young woman who sells the tickets in the Plaza Sevilla is terrible! Zero understanding or service attitude and she does not know how to organize people.
A real disaster, it is more worth it to walk since the cost-benefit is not worth it when they make you wait 40min for a bus.
The manager knew about our case and did not do anything either. Terrible service

Not worthy the money
The bus took forever to leave outside the port terminal. The Cadiz Cathedral was very beautiful. The tower had a great view of the city and the ocean. Wait for 40 mins at the stop 11. No bus was coming . Not worth the money to me. The ticket to get into the Catheral was included. Spent over 6 hours to get to 4 stops.

Dear Christina,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with City Sightseeing Cádiz.
We are sorry to learn that your hop-on hop-off bus tour of Cádiz did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience longer waiting times, especially when you are trying to make the most of your time in the city.
During periods of high demand, particularly when cruise ships are in port, traffic congestion and increased passenger numbers can sometimes affect journey times and bus frequencies. Nevertheless, we regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as your comments will be shared with our local operations team for review.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed visiting Cádiz Cathedral and appreciated the spectacular views from its tower. We hope this part of your visit left you with some positive memories of this beautiful city.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to City Sightseeing Cádiz and provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
Kind regards,
Quality Department
