Staff at White tower Kiosk were very friendly when redeeming our ticket . The tour is a great way to get to Ana poli. Commentary a little cheesy ,

Disappointing
Honestly, the Hop on Hop Off was okay, the sound quality was poor from the online audio. We were simply not impressed by the city itself

Not exciting
A bit disappointing, half of the earphones don't work, a good part of the route was not done, and a long, unscheduled break at the cruise ship port. Recommended if you really have nothing to do to pass the time

A Disappointing Way to See a Beautiful City
In the age of AI, you don't expect an experience that feels so outdated.
To begin with, many of the audio-guide headphone jacks are broken. Downstairs, the air conditioning barely works, and the bus windows are covered with a film that makes it difficult to enjoy the view.
Upstairs is worse in the summer. It's extremely hot, and the old, uncomfortable seats make the ride feel awful.
The audio guide itself is rather basic, offering very little interesting information, and a large part of the tour consists of sitting in regular city traffic.
You'd probably get a better feel for Thessaloniki by taking a regular city bus or joining a guided tour with a local guide.

Great Stops! Terrible Audio Presentation.
The circuit is great!!!!!!!!!! The only unpleasant aspect was the irritating way the narrative is presented. It is done through a childish Q&A session, and it is so juvenile. I turned off the audio and researched on my own.

Love the HoHo!
Always a great way to see any city! Did not disappoint. I recommend taking one loop around first to see where everything is before getting off.

Very pleasant experience....
Very pleasant experience. It was easy to redeem the voucher, and the ticket sellers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The streets in Thessaloniki are incredibly narrow, and our driver handled the bus like a pro!

Very bad service.
We wanted to get to Polly.
Surprisingly, the bus did not go.
The driver said there was an accident.
You can only get by taxi.
We felt deceived.
$16 per person.
We got 0 in return.
Not recommended in any way.
Use this service.

Great Trip
I don't understand the low reviews, this was fantastic. Didn't need a car, was able to see all the sites of Thessaloniki, and know there's a bus coming in 30 minute increments, so we'd hit a stop in 30 or 60 minutes.

This was a very positive...
This was a very positive hop on/hop off experience. Weather was lovely so we sat on the top decker. The headsets worked well and we saw all the sites we hoped to see. We only took it around once, but it was a pleasant and inexpensive way to get a feel of the city and to end our day in port.
