Our driver was early and was waiting in the lobby, which I liked a lot - as I wanted to leave early. And importantly, van was very clean.

I took a shuttle from my hotel in Bangkok to the airport, and the overall experience was excellent. The driver was very punctual and even arrived early, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. Driver was at the hotel lobby already when we went to meet him. He was polite and friendly. We arrived to the airport again. The transfer fare was a good price.

The van was parked in front of the hotel at the agreed time. At the hotel we have already been informed that the driver has called and is already there. I'm fine.

Too bad you don't have a van like Singapore that can take all 9 suitcases with the passengers.
