This was a great service with a reasonable price. That airport in Bangkok is a madhouse, but they were clearly where they said they would be. When we cleared customs, and within about ten minutes after meeting them. The van pulled up. It was just my wife and I in a very comfortable air. Conditioned van
Easy, peasy experience. I met them at a particular gate (door/entrance) at the airport. My name was on the sign. I waited abt 12 mins with the host and then the driver came and she walked me out. It was like 1 am, I felt safe and secure. Their English was good enough. The van was also clean. They communicated well when my flight plans changed airlines and times. I am using them for my return trip to the airport.
Efficient system, nice driver. We were able to locate our pickup via the signs at the pickup point. Thanks.
Very good driver. They were very helpful. We had a large amount of luggage and a wheelchair and they just made it work without complaint.
