The operator arrived very promptly (even well before our scheduled pickup time), and sent me several messages with details and photos of where we would meet at the airport. The coordinator at the airport also sent a photo of my sister and me to the driver, so he recognized us where we went to meet the vehicle outside the airport terminal. The vehicle they used was comfortable and had plenty of room, especially since we were the only passengers.

They were right there waiting with a sign for us. The driver was there right away. Other services we tried at this airport were not as good as this one, we had to call find the spot, and they had like 20 names on placards. This time with this company it was one person one name and very easy

It was ok. Apparently it's part of a group and once you clear customs, you have to find the area where there are a number of companies listed, check in and then wait.

Our plane was delayed but this was no problem. Our host was there to meet us and organised our trip to the hotel. The communication and process was seem less. For 2 weary travellers it was perfect.

There is no excuse for being late for a pre-scheduled 3:30am pickup from my hotel to get to the airport. (No proactive communication & no explanation given for tardiness) Needing to open up Google Translate to remind the driver to turn on his headlights and the two handed use of his cell phone on the highway lock in the 1-star score.
Seamless pickup at Bangkok airport. We were met by the Viator representative at Meeting Point 1 who then took us to our transfer vehicle. Safe and secure all the way.
