Teresa did a fantastic job and really brought Pompei to life. Teresa not only showed us the site, but explained in geeat detail, how the people lived and what they believed.
Eliana was great. She was full of detailed information and spent a long time answering all my husbands questions! She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her for this tour of Pompeii.

Maria our tour guide was lovely. Her English was excellent and she was very knowledgeable. Took us a full tour of the site at a comfortable pace and fully explained all of the rooms we visited. She talked us through the impact of the eruption and the devastating effect of it on the people left in the old city. We felt we knew so much more about the site after this tour.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the high price of this private 2-hour Pompeii tour. Raffaele was rude from the beginning and was not at the agreed pickup location when the tour started. His English was difficult to understand at times, and he never asked what we were most interested in seeing. The tour also felt unprofessional, with repeated comments comparing my hometown to “Walmart and McDonald’s back home,” (I’m not from the US). If you book with this company, I strongly recommend confirming who your guide will be beforehand and checking their individual reviews carefully.
