We arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes early as directed. There was no guide there at all. Did not receive any communication prior. There has also been no communication after I tried called and messaging. It is now 6 hours later than the scheduled time and no response. Had to book a tour on site at the train station.
Anna Caruso was our guide and she was fantastic. She knew so much about the Pompeii ruins and has a lot of interesting facts. We wanted an English speaking tour guide and Anna was the perfect one for us. We were able to spend time at many of the important viewing sites. Anna explained things very well, which clearly reflected her love for archeology.
Francesca was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable & answered all or questions! We learned so much about the Pompeii ruins! Wonderful experience!

You can’t go wrong with Walks! Our visit to Pompeii was our third tour in Italy with Walks. Today’s guide was Enzo, who was well-educated and passionate about the site and who spoke beautiful English. He pinpointed interesting findings from the site, including information about artifacts uncovered just last week. He answered our questions knowledgeably and in a way that encouraged us to be even more curious about the site. Bravo, Enzo! And thank you, Walks, for another great visit!
