フィレンツェ: 鐘楼チケットで行くヴェネツィア日帰り旅行

This is truly a do it yourself experience. Not really a criticism but a statement of fact. You could just book your train ride and tower ticket on your own. There was no guide. I was simply texted the tickets at the last minute and told to ride the train. Our seats were not together. No real guidance or assistance other than some very polite communication by text.

Not a tour they are just getting you tickets. We asked if we needed to pay a tourist tax and were told we didn’t but when we got to Venice we had to pay a tax that would have been half the price of we had paid it 4 days before. We were also told to be at the train station before 8 and when we got there we got a message that our provider wouldn’t be there until 8:15. All he did was give us the tickets and show us where to catch the train. We’re could have done this on our own and paid a lot less. This is not worth the money. Get your own tickets and, it will cost you less and you can plan your day.

There is no one to meet you at the station, there is no guide accompanying you on this “Tour”, you are 100% on your own, they only supply the tickets!

We had an amazing day. I have always been a very nervous individual when it comes to things like this but it went absolutely smoothly. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We would like to record the excellent work of the host who accompanied us to the train platform and guided us clearly on all the details of the day trip to Venice. His attention, cordiality and organization made all the difference and left us very peaceful throughout the journey. We really liked to get to know Venice. The city is charming, full of history, beauty and striking places. However, we realized that it is a lot of information for just one day, and we felt that we would need more time to absorb everything calmly. Respectfully, we also mentioned that we found the value of 10 euros to enter the Basilica of St. Mark a bit expensive, considering that it would still be necessary to buy two additional tickets inside the basilica to access the museum and another environment whose name we do not remember at the moment. Despite this, we recognize the historical value of the site and its cultural importance. We also liked the church tower. The view from above is absolutely stunning — you can see the whole city, and the experience was worth it.

Nell was great! The only issue was we didn’t know there were 2 exits to go off the train to Venice. We missed our Bell Tower tour as we were completely turned around. Unfortunately never made it and Viator didn’t reimburse us! This should be a guided tour.

Venice itself is great .I wasnt expected do tour alone wothout guide, you can buy return ticket online and go by yourself and no need this tour. They just bought ticket and ticket suppose to be include bell tower but last minute they said no ticket and only gave me ticket for church. So not recommend this tour.
