First, we paid for ballet parking which was $61. Because the other parking lot was too far for me and my husband to walk. We in our '60s to be honest. I'm 65 and he's 62. Then we had to walk through the hotel to get to the luau. Most the time we were lost and had to keep asking people where the luau was. No signs not clear. But at least my husband enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the dancers. But what saved some of it was the fact that they had a shuttle from the luau to the valet. But then when we pay for the valet we returned that they were contact the drivers and the woman never did. My husband had to go back up there to ask where is our car? And then she said she never told him even though I overheard her that she was going to let valet know that we were ready for her car. So finally the manager did it. I had never been so happy to get away from there in my life. It was not worth the VIP that I paid for. This was a special anniversary of for us. I hope they do better, especially when we were walking through the hotel as if we had a room there. So lost

Good show, fair food & drinks, excellent service, but very pricey. Food is served family style at each table, which works OK, but we were disappointed in the amount of food wasted. Leftovers in the serving platters went into the trash. We've been to better at half the price.

The performance was nice and a shortened version could have been made. The fire show at the end was most enjoyable. The organization was exemplary and the food was not of a high standard, in my opinion relatively expensive.

The luau itself was exceptional. Food was good and the entertainment was exciting. However, a couple suggestions. It is a very long walk from parking lot to the venue and it was very warm. The dinner tables were 50% facing into a blazing hot sun for an hour+. This made myself and my family fairly miserable. Think about a little later start time and provide some ground transport for folks who don’t wish to walk that far, in the heat, to the venue.

We attended Te Au Moana Luau at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort while staying at the resort, and it was easily one of the highlights of our Maui trip. The setting is absolutely beautiful. The luau takes place overlooking the ocean, surrounded by palm trees and tiki torches, and watching the evening transition from daylight to sunset and then into the nighttime performance made the entire experience feel special. The staff was excellent from beginning to end. The bar team kept everything moving smoothly, and our waiter, Tyler, did an awesome job taking care of our table. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The performance itself was top notch. The live music, traditional dancing, storytelling, costumes, and fire performances were all extremely well done. You can tell how much energy and pride the performers put into the show, and the oceanfront backdrop made it even more impressive. Being able to enjoy such a great experience without even leaving the resort was another huge plus. If you’re staying in Wailea—or anywhere on Maui—and looking for a memorable luau experience, I would highly recommend Te Au Moana. Beautiful location, wonderful service, and an outstanding show from start to finish. 🌺🔥🌴

This was such an amazing experience! The food and drinks were delicious. Service was wonderful! We loved the performances and the dancers did great!

Great evening immersed in the history of Hawaii

The Luau was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the food was great! It really let us take a look into their culture and the history of Maui.

Amazing view and location. Great show. Plenty of good food and open bar. Very friendly staff. We would do it again!
