They book the restaurant without warning, they sold the package to include wine tasting and they didn't fulfill it, we had to pay €25 per person to do the tasting, it was included in the advertisement. We complained, they changed the ad

We are sorry that your experience was not positive, but we must clarify that the payment we collected covered only the wine. You asked us to book a lunch, which you then cancelled just 40 minutes beforehand—sending a message to say you were already seated at another restaurant having your meal. We therefore reiterate that the amount you paid was a cancellation fee. We make reservations at local, family-run wineries; these establishments prepare and organize lunch for guests a day in advance, so everything was already ready for you. A great deal of work and personal sacrifice goes into this, and it is unacceptable to waste that effort—and, above all, the food. (*To repeat: you did not pay for the wine; you paid for the food you did not consume, because you cancelled only 40 minutes in advance.*)

A Wine Tasting Experience I Won't Forget
This tour was lovely. From the moment i got in the car, i loved it. The driver was kind and made sure we are enjoying. And the wine tasting was a truly nice experience for me. This is the first time i ever joined a wine tasting. The story of each bottle and their meanings to the wine house was explained. The profiles of the wines was also explained in detail. Food was delicious. They made sure to adjust the courses according to our food intolerances and allergies. We were also offered good wine while waiting, before we got in the tasting room. The landscape of the wine house was also really adorable. And i get to talk to the employees of the wine house after tasting. They answered all my questions as much as they can, even after the tasting was done. Overall it was an enjoyable and also memorable experience. I definitely recommend if you have the possibility.

We booked the Mercedes...
We booked the Mercedes tour with Zaza Tour, and it was simply wonderful from start to finish. The vehicle was extremely spacious, very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver throughout the day. They also kept offering us cold bottled water constantly, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our driver was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home navigating the city. My wife, our son and I had the best time, and it truly turned into a cherished memory that we will look back on happily for years to come. If you are visiting Florence, do not hesitate. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, wonderful guide!
I booked the private half-day tour to Chianti and San Gimignano, and it was one of the highlights of my vacation in Italy. The van was spotless and very comfortable. Shout out to our guide, Asil! He was professional and kept the mood fun the entire time. He gave me context about the region on the way but also let me just enjoy the views. Thank you so much for this amazing summer trip!

Highly Recommended! Already Planning Our Next Tour with Zaza

Weekend San Gimignano
San Gimignano is fascinating, our driver was very kind and when we arrived he gave us a lot of really useful information, we tasted a delicious ice cream and after visiting this beautiful city we went to the winery for the tasting and during the trip we took many photos. Sublime wine and the owner really kind and competent, thank you for this wonderful afternoon.
