I wish I realized that Saint Peter’s was included in the tour. That our tickets included that entry as well.

The escort was great, easy to understand and explained how things would go at the museum. Saw us all the way to the entrance itself. We weren’t allowed in the building and no breakfast or any refreshments were offered. Do not rely on this if you are expecting any type of refreshment.

The meeting place pin drop is not correct use the address provided. It is very long...and can be very crowded, bottled necked in places. Comfortable shoes is a must as it is a lot of walking, way finding is very difficult and take water, lots of water. Once you start it is very difficult to stop and find a break area. The art is amazing it's like the pyramids you have to go if you are in Rome.

Attentive, precise, and friendly. A clearly defined meeting point, accompanied to the entrance, and an upgrade of the ticket to include a guided tour that was not initially included.

Friendly staff, who took their time with folk who had mobility issues. Saved us hours waiting in blistering heat! Straight through, no waiting.

The museum is incredible and worth the time to see. The tour operator was excellent and friendly. Everything went as planned.

My family and I cannot put into words how amazing our Vatican tour was!! our tour guide perfectly tailored it to what we needed for our family and with our little kids, we got to see everything we wanted to see and more. It was such a beautiful experience, and we actually learned a lot !! We will have these memories forever. We are forever grateful.!!

Had a great time. They helped us with a smooth entrance and it was easier for us since we took skip the line ticket. It was worth it.

Getting the skip the line for the Vatican probably saved hours during our trip. This was during the jubilee year and they were long lines to get through security.Highly recommended to spend a few more dollars and get the skip the line pass to enjoy your trip even more.
